When replacing battery, the thermal guard MUST be transferred to the new battery.Slip the battery thermal guard over the battery being careful not to tear it.Install the battery into the vehicle, (Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/BATTERY SYSTEM/BATTERY - INSTALLATION).Connect the battery negative cable.
