Install the shock absorber (2) on the upper frame rail and install mounting bolts (1). Tighten the upper bolts (1) to 50 N·m (37 ft. lbs.).

Install lower bolt and nut (2) finger tight.Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.Tighten the lower nut to 76 N·m (56 ft. lbs.).
