The fuel rail must be removed to gain access to the fuel injectors. Refer to Fuel Rail Removal.Disconnect injector wiring connector from each injector.

Rotate injector (2) and pull out of fuel rail. The clip will stay on injector.Check injector O-ring for damage. If O-ring is damaged, it must be replaced. If injector is reused, a protective cap must be installed on injector tip to prevent damage. Replace injector clip if it is damaged.Repeat procedures for remaining injectors.
