Install the intermediate shaft (1) to studs (2) at the cowl.Install the two mounting nuts (3). Tighten to 13 N·m (115 in.lbs).

Install the upper shaft coupler (2) to the steering column (1).Install and tighten the pinch bolt (4) to 49 N·m (36 ft. lbs.).

Install the lower intermediate shaft coupler (3) to the upper intermediate shaft (1).Install the pinch bolt (2) and tighten the bolt to 49 N·m (36 ft. lbs.).Unlock the steering wheel.Reconnect the negative battery cable.
