Install the return hose (2) to the vehicle.Install and secure the return hose at the routing clips (1).Install the bumper to grille panel (3).

Install the return hose (1) at the gear. Tighten the tube nut to 32 N·m (24 ft. lbs.).

Install the return hose (4) at the reservoir (1) and reclamp (3).Reinstall the coolant bottle back into position.Fill and bleed the power steering system (Refer to 19 - STEERING - STANDARD PROCEDURE).Check for leaks.Install the air box assembly (Refer to 9 - ENGINE/AIR INTAKE SYSTEM/AIR CLEANER HOUSING - INSTALLATION).Install the front grille (Refer to 23 - BODY/EXTERIOR/GRILLE - INSTALLATION).
