RHD model similar.If the foam seal on the top of the HVAC housing is deformed or damaged, the seal must be replaced.Position the defroster duct (6) to the top of the HVAC housing assembly (5).Install the four screws (2) that secure the defroster duct to the HVAC housing assembly and the instrument panel support (4). Tighten the screws to 1.2 N·m (10 in. lbs.).Install the right and left demister ducts (1 and 3) (refer to 24 - HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING/DISTRIBUTION/DUCTS-INSTRUMENT PANEL DEMISTER - INSTALLATION).Install the instrument panel cover (refer to 23 - BODY/INSTRUMENT PANEL/COVER - INSTALLATION).Install the instrument panel (refer to 23 - BODY/INSTRUMENT PANEL/INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY - INSTALLATION).
