Install the cowl trim panel (3) to the body (4) of the vehicle.Install the push/pins (2) to the cowl trim panel (3).Install the bolts (1) to the cowl trim panel (3).Install the wiper arms, (Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/WIPERS/WASHERS/WIPER ARMS - INSTALLATION).
