If necessary, install the antenna onto the fender, (Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/AUDIO/ANTENNA BODY & CABLE - INSTALLATION).Loosely install the fender (5) onto the front end sheet metal mounting structure (2).Loosely install the cowl bolts (1) and the upper bolts (3).Loosely install the door opening bolts (7).Loosely install the wheelhouse bolt (4).Loosely install the sill bolts (6).Adjust the fender to the correct gap and flush dimensions, (Refer to 23 - BODY/BODY STRUCTURE/GAP AND FLUSH - SPECIFICATIONS).After correct fender gap and flush specifications are obtained, tighten all the upper fender fasteners (1, 3, 4 and 7) to 5 N·m (45 in. lbs.).Tighten the lower sill bolts (6) to 12 N·m (9 ft. lbs.).Install the windshield frame bracket, (Refer to 23 - BODY/STATIONARY GLASS/PANEL - WINDSHIELD FRAME - INSTALLATION).Install the front wheelhouse splash shield, (Refer to 23 - BODY/EXTERIOR/SPLASH SHIELD - WHEELHOUSE - INSTALLATION).Install the wheel opening flares, (Refer to 23 - BODY/EXTERIOR/WHEEL OPENING FLARE MOLDING - INSTALLATION).Install the cowl top panel, (Refer to 23 - BODY/EXTERIOR/PANEL - COWL TOP - INSTALLATION).
