A suitable body sealant should be used when removing or moving the hinges.Align the hinges to the door using the reference marks made during the removal procedure and install the body bolts (1 and 2).

Install the bolts (2) and tighten to 20 N·m (15 ft. lbs.).

Tighten the body bolts to 26 N·m (19 ft. lbs.).Adjust the tail gate if necessary, (Refer to 23 - BODY/BODY STRUCTURE/GAP AND FLUSH - SPECIFICATIONS).
