Do not let tensioner arm snap back to the freearm position, severe damage may occur to the tensioner.Disconnect negative battery cable.Using a suitable tool, rotate accessory drive belt tensioner until holes on arm and base are aligned.Insert pin into hole to lock tensioner in place.Remove accessory drive belt.
