The retaining bolts on the idler pulleys are left hand thread.Disconnect negative battery cable.Remove accessory drive belt (Refer to 7 - COOLING/ACCESSORY DRIVE/DRIVE BELTS - REMOVAL).Remove idler pulley retaining bolts and pulley.
