Install the engine.Remove the engine lift.

Install the fuel return lines.Install the transmission vent hose retainer.

Install the fuel lines.

Connect the glow plug harness connectors.Install the glow plugs. Torque each glow plug to 14 Nm (10 lbs. ft.).Install the vacuum tube. Toque the nuts to 11 Nm (97 lbs. in.).Install the vacuum line to the EGR valve.

Connect the BMAP connector.

Connect the ground strap between the cowl and hood.Position the engine wiring harness.

Connect the fuel injector connectors.Connect the fuel pressure connector.Connect the fuel regulator connector.Connect the throttle control solenoid connector.

Install the generator. Torque the generator bolts to 33 Nm (24 lbs. ft.).Connect the oil pressure sender connector.Connect the EGR solenoid connector.Connect the camshaft position sensor connector.Connect the turbocharger actuator connector.

Install the power steering pump. Torque the bolts to 33 Nm (24 lbs. ft).

Install the power steering pump pulley. Torque the pulley bolts to 33 Nm (24 lbs ft.).

Install the A/C compressor. Torque the bolts to 32 Nm (23 lbs. ft).Install the A/C suction line at the compressor.Install the A/C discharge line at the compressor.Connect the A/C compressor connector.

Install the left side charge air cooler hose.

Install the right side charge air cooler hose.Install the transmission cooler lines at the transmission cooler.Install the EGR vacuum control solenoid.

Install the A/C lines at the condenser.

Install the bolt to the left engine mount.Install the bolt to the right engine mount.

Install the bell housing bolts. Install the transmission line bracket at the oil pan.

Install the torque converter to flex plate bolts.

Install the cooling module.Install the fan assembly(Refer to 7 - COOLING/ENGINE/RADIATOR FAN - REMOVAL)

Install the coolant hoses to the heater core.Install the coolant recovery container hose.(Refer to 7 - COOLING/ENGINE/COOLANT RECOVERY CONTAINER - REMOVAL)

Install the starter.(Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/STARTING/STARTER MOTOR - REMOVAL)Install the left front inner fender well.(Refer to 23 - BODY/EXTERIOR/REAR WHEELHOUSE SPLASH SHIELD - REMOVAL)Install the right front inner fender well.(Refer to 23 - BODY/EXTERIOR/REAR WHEELHOUSE SPLASH SHIELD - REMOVAL)Install the front tires.(Refer to 22 - TIRES/WHEELS/WHEELS - STANDARD PROCEDURE)

Connect the exhaust system to the catalytic converter.(Refer to 11 - EXHAUST SYSTEM/CATALYTIC CONVERTER - REMOVAL)Connect the oxygen sensors.Install the catalytic converter to engine bolts.

Install the front lower splash shield.Fill the coolant.(Refer to 7 - COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE)Fill the engine oil.Charge the A/C system.Install the lower air deflector from the radiator.

Install the battery.(Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/BATTERY SYSTEM/BATTERY - REMOVAL)Connect the battery cables.(Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/BATTERY SYSTEM/CABLES - REMOVAL)

Install the turbocharger air inlet.Install the intake air box.
