Drain the oil.Disconnect negative battery cable.(Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/BATTERY SYSTEM/CABLES - REMOVAL)Raise vehicle on hoist.Remove the lower oil pan.(Refer to 9 - ENGINE/LUBRICATION/OIL PAN - REMOVAL)

Remove the upper oil pan.(Refer to 9 - ENGINE/LUBRICATION/OIL PAN - REMOVAL)Remove oil pump pickup tube retaining bolt and pull pickup tube from engine block. Discard O-rings.
