Remove the engine cover (2).Remove the silencer.Remove the air cleaner housing (1).

Disconnect the inlet temperature sensor connector.Remove the inlet air tube from the turbocharger.

Remove the air conditioning bracket bolt.

Remove the bolts from the exhaust manifold heat shield.Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield.

Disconnect the turbocharger module connector.Remove the right front tire.Remove the right front inner fender well.

Remove the bolts from the downstream flange of the turbocharger.Remove the bolts from the turbocharger to engine bracket.Remove the bolts from the upstream side of the muffler.Remove the forward diesel particulate filter pressure tube.Remove the bolts from the bottom of the maniverter.Remove the diesel particulate filter.

Remove the turbocharger to exhaust manifold bolts.Remove the turbocharger oil lines.

Remove the exhaust manifold.
