Clean the exhaust manifold surface and remove all debris.Install a new exhaust manifold gasket.Install the exhaust manifold.Torque the following the correct exhaust manifold sequence torque the exhaust manifold nuts to 35 N.m (25.8 lbs. ft.).

Install the turbocharger oil lines.

Install the turbocharger to exhaust manifold bolts.

Install the diesel particulate filter.Install the bolts from the bottom of the maniverter.Install the forward diesel particulate filter pressure tube.Install the bolts from the upstream side of the muffler.Install the bolts from the turbocharger to engine bracket.

Install the bolts from the downstream flange of the turbocharger.Connect the turbocharger module connector.

Install the air conditioning bracket bolt.

Install the exhaust manifold heat shield.Install the bolts from the exhaust manifold heat shield.

Install the inlet air tube from the turbocharger.Install the air cleaner housing.Install the silencer.Install the engine cover.
