With the upper and lower front covers removed and the timing belt installed, loosen timing belt tensioner.

Align timing belt tensioner pointer so that it is centered in the notch and torque timing belt tensioner retaining bolt to 45 N·m.( 33 ft. lbs.).Rotate engine 2 complete revolution and then recheck tensioner alignment. Readjust tensioner alignment as necessary.
