Position turbocharger to exhaust manifold with new gasket. Tighten retaining nuts to 32 N·m.Install the turbocharger oil lines.

Install turbocharger return line. Tighten bolts to 11 N·m (11 in. lbs.).

Install the diesel particulate filter.Install the bolts from the bottom of the maniverter.Install the forward diesel particulate filter pressure tube.Install the bolts from the upstream side of the muffler.Install the bolts from the turbocharger to engine bracket.

Install the bolts from the downstream flange of the turbocharger.Connect the turbocharger module connector.

Install the air conditioning bracket bolt.

Install the exhaust manifold heat shield.Install the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.

Install the inlet air tube from the turbocharger.Install the air cleaner housing.Install the silencer.Install the engine cover.
