Check condition of sensor O-ring.Clean sensor mounting area at intake manifold.Lubricate sensor O-ring and sensor mounting hole in intake manifold cover with clean engine or diesel oil.Position sensor (1) into intake manifold.Install and tighten sensor mounting screw to 1 N·m (9 in. lbs.) torque.Connect electrical connector to sensor.
