Install the windshield frame (1) onto the body and install the hinge (3) to body bolts (2).Tighten the hinge bolts (2) to 20 N·m (15 ft. lbs.).

Fold the windshield down onto the hood and make sure that the hood to cowl weather seal is secured in place fully.Rotate the windshield frame rearward until the header contacts the sports bar.Install the sport bar bolts (2) and hand tighten.Tighten the outboard upward bolt followed by the remaining bolts to 23 N·m (17 ft. lbs.).

Install the reinforcement brackets (1) and install the bolts (4) hand tight.

Tighten the reinforcement bracket bolts to 20 N·m (15 ft. lbs.) using the sequence shown.Install the cowl top panel, (Refer to 23 - BODY/EXTERIOR/PANEL - COWL TOP - INSTALLATION)Install the hard top, if equipped, (Refer to 23 - BODY/REMOVABLE TOP/TOP - INSTALLATION)

On vehicles with the soft top, close the top and secure the latches (1) to the windshield frame loops (2).
